Terms
License
When you buy a Lost Ritual plugin you get a personal, non-exclusive license to use it on a limited number of machines (specified per product on its purchase page). You may move activations between machines from your account page. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the software.
Payments and refunds
Purchases are processed by Polar as the merchant of record. If a plugin doesn't work and we can't fix it within a reasonable time, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you.
No warranty
The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make every effort to ship working software but can't guarantee it works in every host, OS, or session configuration.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Updates and discontinuation
We may update plugins to add features or fix bugs. We may also discontinue products. If a product is discontinued, existing licenses remain valid and downloadable copies remain available from your account page.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we'll post the updated version here. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
