Privacy
What we collect
- Account: email address, display name (from Google sign-in if used).
- Purchases: order history, license keys, activation count.
- Server logs: IP address and request metadata, kept short-term for abuse prevention.
Who processes it
Each has its own privacy policy. Data shared is limited to what they need to provide their service.
- Firebase (Google): authentication.
- Polar: payments, receipts, license keys, refunds. Polar is the merchant of record for purchases.
Cookies and storage
Essential only. Firebase keeps you signed in using browser storage, and the site stores one small flag so the header knows you're signed in. No advertising or analytics cookies.
We use email only for transactional messages — purchase receipts, license keys, account verification, support replies. No marketing.
Your rights
Email support@lostritual.clubto request a copy of your data, correct anything that's wrong, or delete your account. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll post the updated version here. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
